• Room Specific Security Controls – Learn how to determine where the safest areas are in your organization when facing an armed intruder or active shooter situation

About the Presenter:

Ted Hayes consults with businesses, school districts, and municipalities to conduct security assessments, provide armed intruder/active shooter training, and to develop safety programs and risk management strategies.

He is the author of two books, “Not in MY School! A Pro-Active Guide to School Violence Prevention” and “If it’s Predictable, It’s Preventable – More than 2,000 Ways to Improve the Safety and Security in Your School.”

Ted is also on the board for the State of Wisconsin Department of Justice Office of School Safety.
