Derek Boyd, Director of Risk Management, Property & Casualty Wausau Market Leader

Derek Boyd is a Director of Risk Management, and Wausau Market Leader at M3 Insurance. In his role, Derek oversees a specialized risk management team for property & casualty. Together, they serve clients in the areas of safety, loss prevention, workers’ compensation, and claims management. He also works closely with clients and carriers to assess liability exposures by helping design and implement safety and health programs.

Paul Klein, CSP, CIH, Senior Risk Manager, Property & Casualty

Paul Klein is a Senior Risk Manager at M3 Insurance. He partners with clients to identify potential exposures in the areas of general liability, property, and workers’ compensation. Additionally, as a board certified industrial hygienist (CIH), Paul provides a wealth of experience and expertise around preventing and managing occupational diseases and helping employers reduce hazards in the workplace. He designs and implements programs to improve safety and reduce property and general liability exposures, and he provides disaster recovery support to avoid business interruptions. Paul also serves as a liaison with carriers, managing claims and services provided to the insureds.
