11:00 am - 1:30 pm
We hope you can join us for lunch, learning and networking at our January program! We are happy to announce that attendees will receive 0.1 CEU’s for attending this program.
Program Overview:
In a Culture of Commitment, businesses prioritize long-term goals over short-term gains. It emphasizes empowering and handing the keys over to those closest to the work, by supporting them in achieving excellence, and holding individuals accountable for their actions. By fostering a proactive mindset, this strategy shifts organizations from reactive problem-solving to predicting, planning, and prevention in all functions. In this presentation, Sheila and Geena will share their journey at RGL Logistics, how Culture of Commitment is shaping the future, and how other organizations can apply these concepts. This presentation is great for Operations Leaders and Safety / HR Professionals.
