UW-W Occ Safety Internship/Career Fair

Due to overwhelming interest in Occ Safety Interns and Graduates, the Student Safety Organization is hosting an Internship and Career Fair. For companies that want to host a capstone intern (final semester before graduation), the internship needs to be supervised by an experienced safety professional and be a miniumum of 12 weeks in length. This is a FREE EVENT, buy you must register to reserve either a booth/table or a seat at a roundtable. We have alot of space but a limited number of booth (36) and table spaces (12). Parking in UWW lots is $2, or you can feed a parking meter next to the University Center (limited spaces). The Student Safety Organization, SSO, is looking for sponsors to donate money for SSO to purchase refreshments for the event. Businesses may also donate to the SSO fund to provide resources for opportunities for SSO members. Donations can be $50, $100, or any amount you choose. All donors will be acknowledged at the event. This is a FREE SERVICE and we promote this venue to all our students. If you don’t already have an employer account, simply follow the instructions to create one. Please post your position ASAP and we ask that you identify it as “safety” and either “internship” or “job”. You should also try to keep it posted into March, unless you’re planning to do your interviews on the day of the fair or during that week (Feb 27-March 3).
